Welcome Third Grade Parents and Students!

 

I am so excited to get to work with each of you this school year!  We are going to work hard, but while having fun at the same time!  There will be new challenges, but we will work through them together this year.  

 

I can't believe this is my seventeenth year of teaching and my seventh year of teaching at Meadowlark.  In the past I have taught 1st grade, 2nd grade, 5th grade, and student taught in Kindergarten and 4th grade.  I love all of the grades, however 3rd is my favorite!  Before teaching at Meadowlark, I taught in Bellevue (NE), Grand Island (NE), and Sherman (TX).  

 

I believe building strong relationships with both parents and students is important to successful learning.  Communication between home and school is a key component.  If at any time you have concerns or questions please don't hesitate to contact me.  I of course will do the same.  

 

Teaching is a passion of mine!  I absolutely love it, and I am so excited to watch your child learn and grow in 3rd grade this year!  We are going to have an awesome school year!
